Below you can find the administrator's guide on how to properly manage and configure the CRM Suite: Contact List app.

Installing the app

You can install the app directly from Marketplace in the Find New Apps section or by uploading the app package (*.OBR) in the Manage Apps section of Confluence.

Configuring the app

The app allows you to configure the following:

• permissions for Confluence and anonymous users
• enable/disable space restrictions for contacts and companies
• manage custom fields for contact data
• configure the contact mention mask for Confluence users and anonymous users

Enabling space restrictions for contacts and companies

You can enable configuration of the space restrictions for contacts and companies.

1. Navigate to Confluence Administration > CRM Suite > Contact List.
2. On the opened page, move the toggle right to activate the mechanism to treat space restrictions.

After doing this, the Manage restrictions permission will be added to the table with permissions.
