You can select All Companies to view the list of companies.

Adding a New Company

The app allows you to manage the companies, as follows:

1. Open Contacts.
2. Switch to All Companies.
3. Click Add new company.
4. On the Create new company page, specify information about the company.
5. Click Create. If you want to create one more company, select the Create another option before clicking the Create button. You can also specify additional information on the other tabs you add.

Company data

You can create new companies on the fly while creating new contacts.

To create a new company:

1. Initiate create of a new contact.
2. Specify the required fields.
3. Position the mouse pointer into the Company field.
4. Enter the company name. If the match is not found, the app will append (New Company) to the company name.
5. Select this value.
6. Save the contact. The new company will appear on the list.

A new company is not created if you cancel the contact creation.

Editing the Company

1. Locate the company you want to edit.
2. Hover over the company until the pop-up form appears.
3. Click Actions.
4. Select Edit.
5. Make the appropriate modifications.
6. Click Save.

Alternatively, you can open the required company and click Edit profile.
