Managing Contact Groups

You can group contacts in contact groups against specific criteria. In this way you can quickly locate the necessary contacts by selecting the contact group.

You can manage contact groups, as follows:

Creating a new contact group

  1. Open the list of contacts.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over All Contacts.
  3. Click the New contact group icon.
  4. On the opened page, enter the CQL query and click Search.
  5. Click Save group.
  6. In the Save group form, enter the name of the contact group.
  7. Click Save.

The contact group will appear on the sidebar under All Contacts.
