Mentioning Contacts / Companies

The action of mentioning a contact or company is performed in the way similar to user mentioning in Confluence. The function of mentioning is mapped to the # key. Up to 5 contacts are are shown in the list of prompted contacts.

Search for possible contact matches is performed by:

• full name
• email
• company name

1. Open the Confluence page.
2. Type # and continue entering the name of the contact or company, or their email address.
3. Select the appropriate contact or company from the list of prompted matches.

You can modify the contact or company name on the page. The link to the contact or company in Contact List is read-only and cannot be modified.
